Job Description:

L3Harris Corporation is seeking an experienced Sr. Associate, Production Planner at the Camden, Arkansas facility. The planner will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering technical, safety, compliance, and operational training programs for employees working in an energetic propellant manufacturing environment. This role ensures personnel are qualified to safely perform duties associated with hazardous materials, explosive operations, chemical processing, production equipment, and regulated manufacturing activities. The planner supports workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement by maintaining robust training systems and competency-based learning programs.

The ideal candidate has experience in industrial manufacturing, process operations, explosive or energetics environments, and adult learning methodologies. This position requires strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety practices, strict adherence to standard operating procedures, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Essential Functions:

· Provide training for new hires entering energetic material and propellant production operations in the Mix & Grind area.

· Maintain training materials and documentation.

· Translate operating procedures, process requirements, hazard analyses, and technical instructions into effective training content.

· Interfaces with L3Harris staff to ensure training requirements are current and complete.

· Establish training plans for the operations site team to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule and performance/quality.

· Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

· Perform other job tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

· Prefers Bachelor's Degree.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze, evaluate, solve and drive solutions to technical problems with full autonomy is desired.

· Proficiency with MS Office products is preferred.

· Experience with chemical manufacturing and with the aerospace industry is also highly desired.
