Job Description:

This position primarily supports L3Harris Technologies, Missile Solutions, in Camden, AR, and is responsible for providing administrative, technical, and service support for all security, video, access control, and associated low-voltage wiring systems across the facility. The role conducts security inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the handling and storage of classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment, while also tracking and analyzing data and managing contracts related to maintenance, procurement, and recurring inspections. Additional responsibilities include overseeing and supporting installation and minor repair of low-voltage systems, training personnel on access control and alarm monitoring systems, and applying knowledge of Department of Defense security requirements, UL alarm standards, and technical procedures in a clear, user-friendly manner.

Essential Functions:

· Oversee the architecture, configuration, specification, installation, modification, maintenance, and lifecycle support of security, video, alarm, and other physical security systems at AR-Camden.

· Conduct security inspections and intrusion alarm testing, as required by contracts and applicable directives, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the handling and storage of classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.

· Ensure optimal performance and end-user functionality of security systems, direct and coordinate responses to alarm activations, and support timely resolution of system issues.

· Oversee contractor services performing the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of security-related equipment and systems, including obtaining and coordinating quotes for new systems, upgrades, and required service work.

· Evaluate physical security programs and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness, operational efficiency, and compliance with applicable requirements.

· Provide oversight of day-to-day locksmith services and ensure compliance with 32 CFR 117 and DoD 5100.76M.

· Support the tracking, monitoring, analysis, and maintenance of physical security data within the site Information Management System.

· Be available for off-hour call-ins as needed.

· Ability to obtain US secret security clearance.

Qualifications:

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· 1+ year job related experience working with low voltage wiring

· Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

· Experience as a Physical Security Specialist supporting security programs, inspections, and compliance activities.

· Experience as a Security Systems Technician installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems.

· Experience as an Access Control/CCTV Technician supporting badge readers, cameras, and alarm monitoring equipment.

· Experience as a Low-Voltage Technician installing, testing, and repairing low-voltage wiring and related components.

· Experience in Industrial Security or Facility Security support within a regulated or classified environment.
