Job Description:
Administrator C (AdminC) to assist in contract operations activities. AdminC will support Contracts in collecting, analyzing, and processing contractual information into SAP Financial system and ultimately the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool as well as any other databases, as necessary. AdminC will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Company policies as well as Government acquisition regulations and customer requirements in support of program contract administrators. AdminC will support the following:
- Perform data entry based on contract and guidance from program team members.
- Develop strong customer relationships with internal and external customers to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Analyze contractual agreements such as: Contracts, Contract Modifications, Long-Term Agreements, and Master Repair Agreements
- File contractual and proposal documents in accordance with Company policy.

Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Critical thinking ability; paralegal and administrative background preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-starter with ability to self-motivate and drive to achieve team metrics in a remote work environment
- Experience in creating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets
- Familiarity with U.S. government agencies
- Self-starter with strong organizational and computer skills
