Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking an Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.This role willsupport the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment's Missile Solutions Sector. Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks. Reports to Supervisor or higher.
Essential Functions:
Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
Work consists of less-routine tasks in contribution to changes in systems and processes to solve problems.
Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
Hands-on-experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document management, or equivalent, software.
Knowledge of, or experience with, government-related document submissions (examples, WAWF DD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions).
