Job Description:
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team di Marine Handling Product Support e risponderà direttamente al MH Product Support Leader.
La figura dovrà garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di tempo, costo, qualità e performance tecnico-contrattuali, coordinando le varie funzioni aziendali coinvolte e fungendo da interfaccia principale con il cliente. Nello specifico dovrà gestire e coordinare un portafoglio ordini, dalla fase di accettazione, passando dalla produzione, fino alla consegna, garantendo il costante controllo e visibilità nelle diverse fasi di avanzamento.
Sarà inoltre responsabile del reporting relativo alle diverse commesse in gestione.
The resource will join the Marine Handling Product Support team and will report directly to the MH Product Support Leader.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring that time, cost and quality targets are met as well as technical and contractual performance by coordinating the internal departments involved and being the main point of contact with the customer.
In particular he/she will manage and coordinate an order portfolio, from the acceptance phase through production to delivery, ensuring constant control and visibility across all stages of progress, being also responsible for the reporting of the work orders.
Qualifications:
- Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, buona conoscenza di sistemi ERP
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in analogo ruolo in aziende strutturate
- Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, good knowledge of ERP systems
- At least 3 years' previous experience in a similar role in structured companies
