Job Description:

Supervision of other employees to include determining work duties, hours and scheduling. Direct SAIT vision for Anaheim. Work with program managers on proposals. Ensure customer funding available for IT support of compliance/customer requirements. Work with security to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Essential Functions:

  • Exercise practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, tactics, and employees within a team.
  • Manage employees to ensure Windows, and Linux support requirements are met for all networks.
  • Provide Active Directory objects and policy knowledge to employees in support of local networks
  • Utilizze excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Prioritize issues based on business impact 

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience providing technical support for desktop operating systems including Windows, and Linux.
  • Experience with Active Directory objects and policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Prioritization: The ability to prioritize issues based on business impact 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with server operating systems including Windows, and Linux.
