Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Planner Level 2 to join our dynamic Facilities team. The successful candidate will serve as the onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Archibus related workflows and support, as well as play a crucial role in space utilization, project management, and continuous improvement of our facilities processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to effectively support various departments and leadership within the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Archibus Workflows and Support: Serve as the onsite SME for Archibus related workflows, providing support and ensuring the effective use of the system.
- Space Utilization and Layouts: Responsible for creating and maintaining space utilization layouts, People Finder, project, and site maps using AutoCAD and related documents in PDF format.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with various departments including Operations, Program Management, EH&S, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and others to support facilities planning needs.
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Objectively assess the implications of movements in key business assumptions and incorporate them into strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
- Project Management: Oversee small scope facilities-related project management and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Capital planning and corrdination: Administer and support capital plan requests for various departments across the site.
- Leadership Support: Serve as the point of contact for specific requests by leadership, supporting greater facilities management.
- Office Furniture and Seating Coordination: Manage the site’s office furniture, seating, and move needs for day-to-day functions.
- Data Presentations: Lead and present data presentations to various stakeholders.
- Hangar Utilization: Administer and maintain hangar utilization, ensuring optimal use of space.

Qualifications:
- Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Move Coordination: Experience in coordinating office moves and seating arrangements.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Meeting Notes and File Organization: Proficient in taking detailed meeting notes and organizing files systematically.
- Ariba PR Creation: Experience in creating purchase requisitions using Ariba.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Technical Proficiency:
- AutoCAD: Proficient in using AutoCAD for creating and updating layouts and maps.
- Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Continuous Quality Improvement: Knowledge of continuous quality improvement methodologies.
- Outlook and Word: Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and Word for core functionalities.
- SAP: Experience with SAP for managing facilities-related data.
- SharePoint: Proficient in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
