Job Description:

We are committed to advancing our global leadership and maintaining our reputation as a top employer for talented professionals. We are seeking a Strategy Development Intern to join our team. This consultative role is critical to our ongoing growth and involves in-depth research and analysis of emerging markets and new business models. The intern will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of L3Harris. The individual in this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Gathering data, perform analysis and synthesize findings to deliver insights and recommendations on new/emerging markets and trends
- Conducting market segmentation and participation model assessment
- Contributing to strategic projects, leading research and analysis tasks
- Creating executive-level presentation of results
- Collaborating with team to identify new trusted disruptor strategies
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent area
- Experience in data analytics and modeling, industry and market analysis, partnership research, and/or innovation and disruption
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated attention to detail
- Creativity, analytical ability, and a deadline-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Additional Skills/Qualifications:
- Some familiarity with Strategy Development
- Some awareness of Aerospace and Defense market
- Some project management skills
