About the opportunity:

L3Harris is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Airservices Australia (AsA) Enterprise Network Modernization Program (ASA-ENMP). This is a dual role combining elements of both Project Management and Business Management and is based in Melbourne, Australia.

The role will focus on management of Program Management and Business management Frameworks across the ENMP Program. Frameworks to support Business Management and Program Delivery, reporting and governance assurance activities.

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

The successful candidate will have previous Program Management Office and Business Management experience. 

The ideal candidate will be skilled across both Project and Program Management governance frameworks and Business Management: 

  • Lead and manage Program and Project Management governance processes, aligned to P3M3 governance framework.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of Program and Business level reporting, including collaboration across the Program.
  • Management of Project Dependencies to achieve Program outcomes
  • Develop and implement ENMP Policies and Procedures that relate to the Business of ENMP in line with corporate policies.
  • Implement Lessons Learnt Framework and ensure alignment across the ENMP Program
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills. Clear verbal and written skills are mandatory.
  • Develop manage and enhance Program Risks and issues frameworks and work with the broader ENMP Delivery team to develop strategic risk mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular Program Increment Planning workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage organisational frameworks to support the ENMP Team staff and broader business processes.
  • Ensure Program Delivery artefacts are maintained, archived and auditable.
  • Lead the management of Business Processes to support the business of a Managed Service Provider.
  • Identify and resolve areas for governance and delivery assurance uplift across the Program.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of direct customer facing experience with large scale Programs
  • Project Management Qualifications
  • Business Management experience
  • Defence experience highly regarded,
  • Telecommunications
