Job Description:

Reviews and approves business requests for Agile (our Product Lifecycle Management System) changes and makes necessary revisions and updates.  Creates and runs customized reports from Agile. Analyzes proposed product design changes to determine the effect on the overall system before entering the final products into Agile.  Authorizes the release of drawings and changes by Product or Engineering management. Provides advice and guidance on methods, procedures and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation and products.  Acts as Agile administrator, managing user accounts and workflows.  In addition, this position monitors workflows from Agile to SAP (our ERP system) for creation of part numbers, models and options. Acts as liaison between management and other functional groups to resolve issues regarding Agile and SAP (our ERP system).  Assists with other Configuration management duties as needed.

    • Part Number requests
    • Material order requests
    • Engineering change orders
    • Material change orders
    • Import Bills of material
    • Agile user account requests
  • SAP
    • Material master set-up
    • Bill of Materials analysis
    • Part set-up templates
    • Removal of blocks
  • Works closely with cross functional teams which include Product Management, Programs, Engineering, Supply Management, Customer Care and Factory operations to review and release changes in Agile and/or SAP
  • Participates in new product introductions to provide status updates
  • Support annual training updates for Agile and SAP
  • Support documentation updates for process related to Agile and SAP
  • No travel requirements
  • No security clearance required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Agile, SAP experience a plus
  • Familiar with L3Harris PSPC products
  • Self-motivated, aptitude for learning new products, and technologies, ability to comprehend and interpret technical and non-technical information and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Critical thinking skills required
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
