Job Description:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures for various engine types including RB211, CT79C3, PW100, CFM56, and PT6A.
- Oversee the engine overhaul and repair process, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and aviation regulations.
- Monitor engine performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with manufacturers and service providers for technical support and warranty claims.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other offices and teams.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- Requires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Working Knowledge of FAA requirements
- Familiar with Commercial Aircraft Manuals
- Aircraft Maintenance Experience (A&P preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance
- Experienced with MS Office
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Certifications specific to aircraft engine maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of maintenance management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
