Job Description:
- Lead a team that provides Inventory Management, Transportation, and Government Property Management services to the SI1 Division in support of L3Harris contracts.
- Responsible for managing all Government Property outcomes as described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related government contract requirements.
- Contributes to the preparation of asset management reports as needed, including data for financial reports, physical inventory reports and results, lost equipment, self-assessment results, contract deliverables, and other related reports.
- Experience managing all warehousing functions, including material/equipment storage and analysis, receiving, shipping, and transportation of material/equipment, including exports and imports.
- Interfaces with internal/external customers, auditors, senior management, and other internal stakeholders for all asset management and warehouse management matters.
- Participate in internal and external audits including quarterly self-assessments.
- Provide competitive solutions and technical writing in support of proposals and contract modifications.
- Responsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with application of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and L3Harris financial policies and applied to asset acquisition and disposition.
- Evaluate overall asset management program effectiveness.
- Identify and correct process deficiencies, proposing and implementing continuous improvement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Working knowledge of contractual requirements related to Government Property Management including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, DFARS property management clauses.
- Experience with Sunflower asset tracking system or other asset tracking systems
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management and Finance concepts.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with various types of warehouse material handling equipment.
- Government Property Management certification from National Property Management Association (NPMA) or ability to attain in first 12 months.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or Finance with 4 years of experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State is $86,000- $159,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
