Job Schedule: 9/80 - Under this schedule, employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
Job Description:
Provide technical guidance to Maintenance trades as needed and coordinate with outside service personnel to repair/upgrade equipment. Manage the scope, schedule, and budgets for service contracts with original equipment manufacturers. Support internal Maintenance plans with various actions and tracking thereof. Evaluate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and procedures to identify opportunities for improved maintenance processes and/or machine upgrades. Support the implementation of Maintenance process improvements and equipment upgrades across multiple functions. Maintain and report on daily metrics, machine downtime and associated action plans. Develop root cause analyses and present to upper management.
Essential Functions:
- Support Maintenance crafts with the research and procurement of critical machine parts with external suppliers.
- Support Operations requests with Maintenance data from (Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Contract coordination for external OEM support on production assets.
- Provide LOTO (Lockout Tag Out) oversight with external contractors.
- Support a daily status meeting with Operations Leadership on Maintenance status of machines.
- Take action to improve existing processes.
- Work cooperatively with multi-functional groups to assist Maintenance teams in achieving goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior facilities experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- High School Diploma and 5-10 years of experience preferred
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ability to work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively communicate and work in a dynamic changing environment.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Experience in maintaining/supporting machines manufactured by one or more of the following manufacturers: Mazak, Makino, G&L, DS Technologies, HAAS, DMG Mori, Charmilles, Sciaky, Ipsen & Sip, or CNC Machine experience preferred
- Multi-tasking abilities
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $55,500 - $102,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
