Job Description: Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company, is seeking a Production Control Analyst team member to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, Production Control supports Operations and performs professional assignments requiring general use and application of concepts, practice & techniques.
- Manages components to support manufacturing schedule using internal ERP system (Oracle) to maintain inventory control. Reports issues to supervision for further escalation of the issues.
- Performs move orders to move inventory to production areas and communicates with various COE’s to ensure operations has everything needed for the assembly.
- Performs kitting operations as well as Material Supermarket management for inventory control.
- Performs physical counts and floor walks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identifies and communicates concerns and issues potential to production impacts. Works with the team to develop a solution to minimize the impact. Relays information to team members and management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in related field
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function/cross-site teams.
- Production Scheduling or Capacity Planning experience or demonstrated willingness to learn desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle.
