Job Description:
The Global Real Estate Administrator will provide support for all L3Harris domestic and international real estate transactions, lease administrative and financial services.
Job Duties:
- Administer contracts in support of GRE transactions:
- Provide excellent customer service, build strong client trust and confidence
- Ensure seamless communication, consistent follow up and provide proactive support to internal customers
- Interface with GRE portfolio managers, segment facilities representatives, legal counsel (internal/external), and external brokers.
- Maintain and update GRE files, including: Monthly Operations Review PowerPoint slides, GRE e3 savings files, broker commission revenue summary, invoice processing, etc.
- Reviews monthly rent reports (tenant and subtenant rents) and works with GRE portfolio mgrs. to resolve. Support monthly rent communication to business.
- Works with Accounts Payable / External Lease Administration teams to resolve payment discrepancy issues
- Vendor add/change custodian for real estate, directly input requests into ERP System
- Run periodic portfolio reports and research information using broker’s data base
- Coordinate final real estate document execution, prepare cover letters, legal document mailing, status tracking, paper and electronic filing, distribution and organization
- Complete small real estate projects, as assigned
- Communicate with segment real estate representatives and real estate brokers, in support of project work
- Maintain GRE and Domestic Real Estate Rent Pay SharePoint sites
- Review GRE mailings and distribute to responsible parties for action
- Assist team with maintaining accurate real estate records, including paper copy filing and transmitting electronic documents
- Follow up with landlords and business representatives to obtain missing GRE legal documents (i.e. pending items)
- Provide GRE summary status information to others, as requested
- Prioritize, plan, organize and accomplish tasks, often within strict time limitations
- Complete other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
- GPA 3.0 or higher
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and team skills, customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple high priority tasks with strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook, NitroPro, database software. Emphasis on strong Power Point and Excel skill sets
- Public Notary and experience with real estate contractual terms and conditions
- Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $61,500 -$73,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
