Job Description:
As a senior member of the System Software Integration and Test Team, you will provide project leadership and guidance for other members of the team. Your experience will be instrumental in driving the team's success in delivering cutting-edge software integration and test solutions tailored for various communication technologies. This role demands not only technical expertise but also exceptional leadership skills to guide the team in achieving optimal performance.

Essential Functions:
- Project Lead over a team of software engineers within the System Software Integration and Test organization, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure the team adheres to contractual requirements, meets cost and schedule constraints, and achieves functional and business objectives.
- Oversee the development of software integration and test solutions catering to the unique needs of communications technologies.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills and experience in managing software integration efforts within communications technology projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergy and streamline processes for optimal efficiency.
- Demonstrate highly analytical skills to evaluate technical data and programmatic data, from which decisions will be determined.
Qualifications: (refer to Career Framework)
- This position requires at least BSCS/BSCE/BSEE/BSME from an ABET (EAC/CAC) accredited program, or equivalent engineering degree, or equivalent technical education and work experience.
- 6+ Years of directly related experience in Software Development
- Proficient skills in Java, C#, and Source Control (e.g., Git)
- Proven experience in Project leadership roles with a focus on software integration and test engineering focused on communications technology projects.
- Software project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to qualify for a DoD Clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficient skills in Java, C#, and Source Control
- Active DoD Clearance
- Familiarity with Atlassian’s team collaboration software suite
- Familiarity with various waveforms and wireless communications software
- Familiarity with various Networking Protocols
- Familiarity with various Hardware Test Interfaces
