Job Description:
Perform System Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Engineering roles with limited supervision, lead complex projects, perform system integration and testing, data analysis and document test results under the larger Systems Engineering Organization in Navigation Solutions (NS) at L3Harris in Anaheim, CA. Navigation Solutions products provide advanced military GPS and other Position, Navigation, Timing (PNT) capabilities in military embedded real-time systems and can be used in weapons, ground, airborne, maritime, and space environments. The role will require candidates to have experience with production manufacturing, acceptance testing, special test equipment development, test documentation, test validation techniques, and automated test environments.
Essential Functions:
- Development and Integration of Special Test Equipment (STE) for functional Qualification Testing (FQT) and Security Certification.
- Communicate System/Testing risks as appropriate to key project stakeholders promptly and coordinate mitigation strategies with appropriate teams.
- Produce project deliverables (Test Plan, Test Procedures, Test Summary Report, and Traceability Matrix).
- Perform system regression testing using automated test equipment.
- Maintenance of DOORS modules, requirement linkages, and input/output of requirement selloff artifacts (pass fail criteria, test execution data, methods of verification) for use by project teams.
- Perform detailed data analysis on test data outputs from automated testing failures.
- Knowledge and hands on experiences with the production manufacturing processes and techniques (ATP and Grooming, Production transition).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- This role requires an Active DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with development of Test Plans, Procedures, Reports and test execution.
- Minimum of 6 years prior experience with requirements maintenance and DOORs.
- Minimum of 6 years prior experience in GPS/PNT systems.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with GPS receiver testing for quality and reliability.
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Must work effectively in both independent and team environments.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $97,500 - $181,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
