- Coordinate the acceptance of new contracts/purchase orders, complete customer acknowledgements and support contract acceptance negotiations as required
- Perform or coordinate Order Entry tasks in Infor ERP system
- Analysis and reporting of large amounts of data from MRP reports
- Handle and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Completion of Representations and Certifications, as required by the business
- Support to document management in TeamCentre
- Review terms and conditions and related documents and develop suggested responses to non-complex customer Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Support negotiations of various agreements as required by the business (e.g. Non-Disclosures, Bailment, Licenses, Rental/ Lease Agreements, MOU/MOA, etc.)
- Identify significant terms and conditions issues and resolve with senior contracts staff
Required Capabilities
- Understanding of regulations for Government procurements (SAAC, FAR, DFARS, DEFCONS, etc.)
- Understanding of financial and business risks related to terms and conditions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, and drive to solve problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively balance priorities to meet deadlines
- Team player attitude with a high sense of urgency to respond to time-sensitive issues
- Fast learner of new skills and information, open minded and pragmatic, adaptable to change
- Possesses a continuous improvement mindset
Desired Education and Experiences
- Experience in Contracts or Subcontracts management involving Government contracts
- Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning software (Infor or SAP preferred) or related computer skills preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases, application troubleshooting beneficial
- Experience with TeamCentre for document management
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
