Job Description:
L3Harris’ Communication Systems segment is currently seeking a Sr. Associate Order Management. This position will be based in Rochester, NY. This role will be responsible for directing and managing the processing of quotes and sales orders including: Review Request for Proposal/Request of Quotation (RFP/RFQ's) to determine ultimate end-user compliance with export regulations and pricing policy.
Essential Functions:
- Works directly with customers to determine delivery and contract requirements while preparing quotations for their products and services.
- Interpret government contracts and purchase orders for compliance and requirements and is responsible for accurate translation to sales order. Review Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses to determine legal compliance in the areas of quality, payment terms, price, delivery and packaging for contracts.
- Understand, communicate, and mitigate risk of delayed shipments due to incomplete order processing requirements to both external and internal customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior working experience, Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience, In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience

- Experience with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Washington State and New York State is $46,000 - $85,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
