Job Schedule: Weekend shift, 3 – 12 hour days
Job Description:
Support production operations on our weekend shift. Understand and communicate business priorities. Assist with capacity utilization and risk mitigation through planning, system and product knowledge. Support continuous improvement activities in the warehouse and fulfillment center.
Essential Functions:
- Create and maintain the build plan by product, detailing daily build and transfer plans. Plan should be created to line up with sales order demand and adjusted throughout the month with demand changes.
- Communicate status of planned build and any risk items.
- Review open orders, track status of product and spares.
- Evaluate material and resources to quote lead time for manufactured items.
- Expedite material, collaborating closely with Supply Chain to ensure continuity of build.
- Understand business and revenue priorities and adjust offshift build schedules as needed
- Develop warehouse management system expertise to drive improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Demonstrated and proven record of showing a sense of urgency and an excellent abiltiy to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills, including ERP system experience and Warehouse Management system experience
- Oracle ERP and AWL expertise beneficial
- Excellen written and verbal communication skills
