Job Description:
L3Harris, a leading global aerospace and defense technology company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Transformation and Strategic Project Management within the CS Segment. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the management of transformative initiatives across the Supply Chain function, tracking corporate and segement level Supply Chain activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic projects in support of LHX NeXt initiatives. This position will require exceptional communication and organizational skills to influence and engage effectively across the Communication Systems Segement Supply Chain organization.
Essential Functions:
- Manage LHX NeXt initiatives providing guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Represent Communication Systems Segment on Supply Chain transformation meetings, supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Communication Systems Sector Supply Chain Teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for Supply Chain transformation in alignment with the LHX NeXt objectives.
- Drive project teams to ensure target dates are met or exceeded.
- Identify key areas for improvement within the Supply Chain processes, systems, and structures, driving continuous improvement efforts across the Segment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

- Proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the success of strategic initiatives.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving tangible business results and creating long-term value.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $130,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
