Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week (2nd shift)
Job Description:
This role will support the manufacturing floor by maintaining equipment, tooling and processes to minimize down time and optimize process flow. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a wide range of equipment and technology.
Essential Functions:
- Troubleshoot & repair manufacturing equipment
- Maintain fixturing & tooling
- Update process documentation
- Repair and/or disposition defective material
- Swiftly respond to station down tickets
- Maintain chemical waste cabinets
- Assist with production to execute engineering trials
- Assist with the maintenance of calibrated tooling
- Maintain a clean and organized environment (5S+1)
- Remain in a stationary position and occasional moving <50lb
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with PLC’s and/or programmed fastening systems (Mountz/ASG)
- 3D cad modeling (Creo Parametric)
- 3D printing
- Understanding of process flow & lean manufacturing
- Understanding of hand tools and their use
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington State and New York State is $51,000-$94,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
