Job Title: Associate, Trade Compliance (Palm Bay, FL)
Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and administration of export authorizations and records
- Analyze and facilitate compliant import and export transactions
- Facilitate foreign travel briefings and foreign visitor approvals
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, OFAC and Customs regulations including providing compliance guidance to both internal and external customers.
- Manage denied party screening compliance
- Complete SME training
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess strong verbal and communication skills needed to interact with all internal and external customers.
- Possess advanced organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong organizational and computer skills
- Creative and strategic mindset
- Familiarity with U.S. government agencies and regulations
