About your next challenge as Billing Technician (Temporary mandate 6 months):
Under the responsibility of the Finance Controller, the Billing Technician is responsible for providing administrative support to billing activities.
What you will do:
- Preparation of claims/customer billing (including supporting documents);
- Invoicing for retroactive rate adjustments requiring numerous validations;
- Preparation, tracking and approval of invoices in SAP;
- Monitoring of non-billable items, rejected claims, pending billing;
- Technical support for Financial Analysts;
- Support in monitoring the funding envelope allocated by the client;
- Tracking of time transfers;
- Ad hoc requests and various administrative support for related tasks.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- College diploma in administration, accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position required;
- Knowledge of SAP an asset;
- Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required;
- Interpersonal skills, dynamism, organizational skills, autonomy;
- Ability to be an effective team member, self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Rigor, analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task and prioritize tasks with deadlines;
- Must communicate professionally at all level of the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
