Job Description:
This position, Sr. Manager, Program Finance will support the growing Intel and Cyber Sector of L3Harris Technologies within the Space and Airborne Systems Segment. This business critical role will be part of a highly dynamic Tactical Missions Division, leading the Tailored ISR ($135m) business area consisting of a mix of products, cost plus, and fixed price type contracts. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.
Essential Functions:
- Complete business area level OSP and cash forecasting and analysis.
- Provide financial guidance to a team of PFA’s, business area General Manger and program teams for financial activities including but not limited to audits and EAC’s.
- Acquire knowledge of Program Execution, Earned Value Management, Proposal Processes and L3Harris policies and procedures.
- Lead the improvement and streamlining of policies and procedures, including driving utilization of Cobra for Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) program variance analyses.
- While this position is local to the Melbourne, FL site, travel will be required
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a financial analysis background with Nine (9) or more years Program Finance experience with programs, proposals and audits; or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Five (5) or more Years Experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, including the capability to interface with customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders.
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and train early career PFA’s.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with little to no supervision.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Peoplesoft and Hyperion FCSTSI.
- Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
