Job Title: Associate, Talent Management (Melbourne, FL)
Job Description:
- L3Harris is seeking a qualified candidate to support various talent management initiatives, including learning & development, engagement and performance in the Space & Airborne Systems Human Resources Center of Excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the execution of segment-wide talent management initiatives and special projects, including but not limited to the annual performance management process, learning & development, and engagement action planning.
- Manage and administer ongoing processes, including onboarding, new leader assimilations, team-building resources, and exit interviews.
- Support and/or lead special projects related to talent management, such as career development and learning.
- Identify and propose creative solutions to enhance the employee experience and ensure high-impact employee engagement programs and activities. Build awareness and promote usage.
- Analyze data to identify gaps, support recommendations, and evaluate effectiveness; establish regular reporting.
- Work directly with SMEs, or on a project team, to develop programs, curate materials, and establish required reports and communications
- Participate on enterprise Talent Management councils, project teams and collaborate with other Talent Management professionals within the segment and across the enterprise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Some experience/familiarity with engagement, performance, and organizational/management development.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks and meet established deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Efficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as a solid contributing member of a team as well as operate independently.
