Job Description:
Program Pricing Specialists are responsible for labor cost analyses and estimations for proposal efforts. These positions develop and maintain pricing systems and procedures; interact with personnel to collect data for proposals; collect, analyze and store data for estimating and analysis; ensure disclosure of cost and pricing data and compliance with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA); maintain auditable files for proposals and coordinate government audit activities; document ground rules and assumptions used in proposals; keep current of Federal Acquisition Regulations and customer requirements; provide fact-finding and negotiation support; develop and produce compliant and auditable cost volumes; serve as a primary interface for all government pre-award audits for cost and pricing data; maintain current historical pricing system with current forward pricing rates; and develop, maintain, and monitor estimating and pricing standards, procedures, and systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior program finance experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior program finance experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior program finance experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Broad knowledge of project management is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations plus an extensive knowledge of current defective pricing/cost-pricing data disclosure requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of subcontracting components and manufacturing process estimating.
- Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting requirements.
- Experience in ProPricer or similar pricing software is preferred.
