The Opportunity:
The L3Harris Communications Australia (L3HCA) Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Administrator works with the HSEQ Senior Manager, assisting with the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Safety & Environment Management Systems for the business. The ideal applicant will have a working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001. You will have experience in scheduling and releasing audit notifications, releasing and monitoring non-conformances and corrective actions and collating and generating performance reports for the 3 systems.
A person committed to developing a culture driven by quality and continuous improvement, highly developed teamwork and interpersonal skills and an eye for detail will be central to success in the role.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop & sequence the internal audit master schedule
- Create audit notifications and schedule audits with required staff including room bookings
- Assist with the capture of quality evidence during audits and create draft audit reports.
- Release final audit reports and capture findings in HSEQ audit database
- Monitor and capture corrective actions from audit findings
- Generate periodic reports for system performance across each standard.
- Support the review and release of controlled documents within the QMS
- Administrative support to the HSEQ Team, including diary management, meeting room bookings, etc.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in navigating and maintaining MS SharePoint sites
- Experience in the management and administration of ISO 9001:2015 Standard
- Experience in previous administration or office management role
- Exceptional organisational and information management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate level knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite
