About the role:

The position of Shipping Administrator will be an onsite role, working along side the Logistics & Compliance Manager, where you will support on a day to day shipping of our product that will include repairs /spares to the full flight simulator around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing of shipments to suppliers & Customers.
  • Maintaining shipping records
  • Issuing clearance instructions for the imports into the company.
  • Dealing with shipping enquiries
  • Data entry.
  • Raising PREQs for Invoices

Essential Skills:

  • Be able to organise and prioritise.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to plan, manage own workload and take ownership of own workload.
  • IT skill to include Excel.
  • Work well under pressure

What else could be helpful to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledge of working with SAP
  • Flexibility and willingness to do what is required and take on new challenges as they arise.
  • Experience in import/export though not essential as full training will be given.
