Job Description:
- Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS
- Capability to track / maintain schedules and identify/resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis - such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc in support of assigned programs or projects.
- Utilize EVMS methodology and concepts to achieve integrated cost and schedule on assigned programs.
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
- Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
- Lead scheduling status reviews with program management teams.
- Communicates with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures Identifies and addresses changes within own job area.
- Works to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results.
- Communicates with contacts within and outside of own team which may include customers or vendors.
- Explains and interprets operational processes, practices and procedures of the job area to others within the organization.
- Identifies, defines and addresses general problems that are typically within the immediate job area.
- Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences or standard procedures and basic analysis.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Microsoft Project experience required)
- Understanding of EVMS methodology and concepts
- Understanding of scheduling best practices and schedule analysis
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills, self-directed, assertive, with a positive attitude
- Be able to work on-site (hybrid) in Rome, NY.
**** This requisition is contingent upon L3Harris winning the C-5M Supplemental Depot Capability (SDC) contract.
**** The anticipated date of Contract Award is May 31 2023 with an anticipated start date of 06 June 2023
**** The location for the performance of this program is Rome, NY. Employee must be located on site.
