About Aeromet
L3Harris -Aeromet is a Division of Integrated Mission Systems Segment with its main office located in Tulsa, OK. L3Harris-Aeromet is established within the DoD Community as the developer and operator of special mission ISR systems. We provide special mission system design, modification, and operations with emphasis on the development and integration of state-of-the-art EO/IR sensor systems.
Job Description:
The Program Control Analyst position assumes a supporting role in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects with minimal supervision. Participates in the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and related dictionaries, and Budgets that lead to the establishment of a cost/schedule baseline. Assists with the development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EACs). Understands basic Earned Value concepts and how they should be applied to projects. Responsible for setting up charge numbers, and works with Control Account Managers to address accounting issues for projects. Monitors project costs and commitments, schedule performance, and performance against the baseline. Understands financial policies and reporting procedures. Prepares written and verbal reports regarding cost and schedule variances.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the program budget baseline
- Responsible for ensuring complete and accurate financial deliverables are submitted by the due date each month
- Responsible for administrating Earned Value Management processes on assigned program
- Responsible for preparation and presentation of Estimate at Completion (EAC) reports
- Assist with internal financial reporting requests
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 4 years supporting projects or programs in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects.
- Minimum of 4 years monitoring project or program costs, scheduled performance and performance against baselines.

- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively (both writing and verbally) with other departments and customers, both internal and external.
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop strong working relationships with coworkers in other departments.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize workload, and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and forward thinking.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required
- Knowledge of government contracting and earned value preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office with emphasis in Excel; experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) desirable.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Concepts and how they apply to projects
- Experience using COBRA perferred
- Able to meet schedules and time frames consistently.
