Job Description:
Our corporate supply chain organization is a high visibility team focused on leveraging company scale, enabling strategic tools and enhancing key supplier relationships through a databased approach. This role resides in the corporate Center of Excellence organization and makes its transformative impact by building Supply Chain capabilities across the company, a role critical to the company’s expansion of buyer and supplier collaboration tools to new businesses and sites. This role especially focusses on though not limited to supplier collaboration tools to improve the agility and resiliency of the supply chain. This position will be engaged in the full lifecycle activities such as: requirements analysis and design, development of analysis and reporting capabilities, engaging with external agencies and continuous monitoring of performance and data quality control plans to identify improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques where appropriate, and provide ongoing reports supporting the COE and Supply Chain organization
- Act as a SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) expert be responsible for the connection to the Supplier CVM (corporate vendor master) in SAP
- Lead the development of advanced Supply Chain Analytics to improve resiliency
- Analyze data from primary or secondary data sources. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in reasonably complex data sets.
- Program management of Supplier Risk Management tool deployment, engage with vendor to enable data capture and deployment across business
- Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems.
- Combine past experiences using supply chain systems with L3Harris’ toolset to become the corporate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our buyer / supplier portal, including requisition, PO, shipment, buyer dashboard, supplier performance scorecards, etc.
- Collaborate with IT project leader in the design and identification of existing data fields and feeds, and work with corporate and site IT to map/align data to the collaboration tool
- Prepare, plan with and lead site supply chain organizations in the implementation of select supplier collaboration tools including Supplier Data Warehouse for legacy sites
- This position does not have direct reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 6 years of prior related expereience in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or other related fields OR Graduate Degree with 4 years of prior related experience
- 4 years of experience of data analytics experience
- 3 years of prior experience developing and publishing reports and dashboards (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
- 3 years of awareness of ERP systems working/hands-on experience in systemic extraction of data for reports from ERP
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Supply Chain terminology, processes, workflow and metrics
- Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, V/H lookup, tables, charting, etc.)
- Microsoft Office products
- Communication skills and willingness to teach others
- Experience with data file sharing platform development and administration (SharePoint)
- Familiarity with databases and running queries (SQL Server)
- Programming experience with VBA, HTML, or other similar related language
- Knowledge of IT solution delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $67,000 - $124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits including: health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
