Job Description:
Support SAP S4 Hana ERP implementation. Coordinate SAP and non-SAP basis tasks on a project (environments refreshes and availability), Create and maintain SAP interfaces. Create/execute plans for legacy systems decommissioning. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as requirement, design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will work closely with functional teams to build technical designs and implement solutions. Ability to work with large and diverse teams.
Essential Functions:
- Track/coordinate SAP and non-SAP basis tasks for a project (environments creation, refreshes, readiness, and issues tracking).
- Maintain instance plan for project landscape (SAP and non-SAP environments).
- Create, maintain, and support SAP interfaces, including technical design from functional specifications, build and test interfaces using SAP ALE, SAP PO, SAP BTP.
- Middleware development and performance analysis, testing, issue analysis, triage, debugging, job scheduling, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution Middleware development and performance analysis, testing, issue analysis, triage, debugging, job scheduling, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Create and execute legacy systems decommissioning plans.
- Travel up to 5-10%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- 7+ years of prior ERP Integration Landscape Management related experience.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP S4 HANA implementations.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP infrastructure (SAP S4 HANA, Solution Manager, BODS, FIORI).
- Knowledge of SAP integration technology (IDOCs, ALE, SAP PO).
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of team members.
- Ability to coordinate tasks related to different systems.
- Familiarity with firewalls, AD (Active Directory), WAN, and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Experience with ActiveBatch.
- Experience with ABAP.
- Experience building CDS views.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $110,500 - $205,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
