Job Title: Financial Analyst II

Job Location: Tulsa, OK 

Job Description: 

Essential Functions:

  • Prepares financial forecasts and annual budget for the site. 
  • Prepares financial reports and presentations for Division meetings. 
  • Analyzes monthly departmental variances and report significant trends to management. 
  • Assists with the business strategic planning process by providing supporting documents. 
  • Assists with the month-end/year-end closing process. 
  • Assists with the development, preparation, and issuing of monthly reports and the quarter end and fiscal year-end closing statements.
  • Assists with input and preparation of financial data as required for tax purposes, audits, or as may be required by suppliers or customers. 
  • Performs other Financial Analysis/Accounting duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years of accounting experience or Associate’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience. 
  • Overall understanding and application of GAAP, strong spreadsheet/computer skills and workpaper documentation techniques. 
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required. Working knowledge of all MS Office applications with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across all functions and organization levels. 
  • Must have the ability to prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Concur
  • Ariba
  • ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards
  • Ability to take a leadership role within the department
  • Mentoring
