Director of Finance for Integrated Vision Solutions – Tempe, Arizona Business Site
This position directly supports the Integrated Vision Solutions, Tempe, Arizona (IVS-Tempe) business site. The Director of Finance for the IVS-Tempe site will report directly to the Sr. Director & CFO of the Integrated Vision Solutions Sector.
Key roles of the position include financial forecasting, product costing, reporting of key financial metrics, bid and proposal support, decision making, general business support, compliance and adherence to strong internal controls environment.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
• Ownership for all IVS-Tempe site financial matters including P&L, product costing, headcount planning, operations support, program management, government property, capex, warranties, inventories as well as maintaining compliance with US GAAP and L3Harris policies & procedures related to financial statements.
• Business partner with IVS-Tempe site leadership team that ensures alignment with IVS Sector in driving growth, product affordability, rate structure, e3 continuous improvement activities and financial metric improvements to achieve a successful business.
• Ensure and drive accountability within the business control structure of monthly (forecast updates, manufacturing support) and quarterly (Sector) reviews as well as all ad hoc L3Harris Segment/Corporate requests for various business support.
• Active involvement in all key IVS-Tempe business related matters pertaining to revenue, gross margin, orders, cash flow, inventory management, FP&A planning and coordinate the IVS-Tempe leadership team to drive results for the business with compliance to US GAAP, US Government Cost Accounting Standards and L3Harris Corporate Policy.
• Oversee and support all site specific pricing and bid and proposal activities while supporting all IVS Sector bids that include IVS-Tempe made image intensifier tubes. Establishment of yearly product pricing and product costing targets are also essential to this position.
• Position also supports all site engineering IRAD/CRAD proposal activity while ensuring continued alignment with Sector goals and objectives as well as coordination of all site CapEx activity.
The position will also lead the quarterly business reviews with the Sector Leadership team and may be called upon to support other Sector business as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
• Accounting or Finance undergraduate degree
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Requirements:
• MBA preferred
• CPA a plus but not required
• Experience with ERP systems desired, specifically Costpoint
• Experience in a regulated industry strongly preferred – A&D or another high-compliance environment
