Job Description:

L3Harris' IT organization is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Application Systems Administrator, specializing in the deployment, integration and support of PLM tools on both Windows and Unix (Linux) platforms. The successful candidate will be an experienced SME in PLM applications, integrations with associated CAD, engineering and operations applications and a digital engineering ecosystem. This role involves supporting the development, deployment, administration and advanced end user support for configured/custom augmentations to L3Harris PLM applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a PLM SME and collaborate with the team of IT professionals assigned to the Enterprise PLM team to ensure standard services in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for assigned systems
  • Defines PLM capability requirements, develop supporting capability solutions and implementations as part of a digital engineering team
  • Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of PLM systems supporting software applications, interfaces and business analytics while meeting compliance and access requirements
  • Assists to identify and access all new PLM application technologies and provide upgrade to all product development activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Configuration Management, Computer Science, or related subject area, and a minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience using a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in a PLM/Product Data Management (PDM) systems (Teamcenter PLM desired) with configuration management, data management and engineering processes
  • Knowledge of MCAD, ECAD, ALM, and MBD applications
  • Excellent organizational skills, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work with teams, individuals and suppliers to troubleshoot application, process and licensing problems
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Engineering environments

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $87,000 - $162,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits including: health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
