Job Description:
- Assist in developing strategies for implementation of Continuous Improvement.
- Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work.
- Collect and maintain CI records for work area including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues.
- Data collect about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities.
- Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget.
- Identify waste in processes and work to remove it.
- Work closely with operations team to establish work standards.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in SQL coding, Tableau and Lean Six Sigma.
