Job Title: Quality Technician

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual. 1st Shift position with primary responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

•Assist in the containment, documentation, and root cause analysis for defective material in a production environment

•Provide baseline quality data to support daily and/or weekly yield reviews

•Provide first-level triage and positive interactions with production operators and cross-functional support personnel

•Support DPPM reduction activities by leading production work cell touch-points on issues weekly

•Support RTY initiatives through regular product and module build inspection by verifying adherence to workmanship standards and work instructions

This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or
2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Capable of lifting and moving items weighing 30-35 lbs
Capable of moving around the factory for several hours per shift (as needed)
