Job Description:
- Apply understanding and knowledge of quality performance metrics to enable and influence leaders and quality engineers.
- Utilize data analytics in data to information communication
- Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and cross functionally outside the Quality function, as assigned.
- Learn quality processes towards improving systems for data management and reporting.
- Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field
- GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction or oversight preferred
- Ability to develop and improve processes and systems for data management desired
- Critical thinking skills to relate independent data sources desired
- Modeling and visualizing data using Power BI or Tableau experience desired
- Experrience gathering and manipulating data from SQL Servers desired
- Experience using Power Query and Power Pivot desired
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
