Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Web Development Software Engineer who will design, develop, and integrate embedded software and Command & Control components for a large data processing system for our Strategic Missions Division. You and your team will support all phases of the software lifecycle, including refining requirements, software implementation, integration, debugging, and full documentation. This opportunity also includes development tasks within a Linux environment as part of a larger team dedicated to the customer mission.

Experience:

Collaborative team member across multiple components developing software for Strategic Missions customers.
Translate design requirements and workflows into working software.
Participate in a development team that uses agile methodologies combined with mature software practices and a technology-supported development infrastructure.
Develop new software, adapt old software implanting new capabilities.
Perform unit, integration and system test activities.

Qualifications:

Active Top Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Experience in a JavaScript framework such as Angular JS, React, Vue.js and Amber.
Experience in Node.js
Cross platform experience.
Linux development experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
UX/UI experience.
Experience with deploying medium-size full stack web application.
Experience with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Ne.
Experience with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
