POSITION PROFILE
- Develop contact models using the Vortex software;
- Analyze, design and implement dynamics and control systems algorithms;
- Debug software problems in real-time simulations;
- Work with the graphic artist to add dynamic bodies to the simulation;
- Write test procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering;
- Experience in debugging software problems in real-time simulations;
- Experience in writing and understanding code written in the C/C++ programming language;
- Knowledge of the Vortex dynamics simulation software is an asset;
- Knowledge of the Linux operating system is an asset;
- Travel to the Canadian Space Agency in St-Hubert is required occasionally.
