About your next Challenge as a Lead, IM/IT Implementation Project Management :

Being part of the software engineering team and working in close collaboration with the Business Development (BD) and the Information Technology (IT) team, you will participate in the visioning, planning the deployment and operations of IM/IT enterprise systems supporting the company and his clients. The Information Management/Information Technology (IMIT) Project Management specialist is responsible to:

What You Will Do:

  • Analyzing and understanding clients IM/IT requirements;
  • Working with clients and stakeholders to draft target state of IM/IT solutions from the Project Management perspective;
  • Defining project scope;
  • Staying on schedule;
  • Planning a project’s cost and sticking to a budget;
  • Assigning project resources (including teams and workers);
  • Documenting the progress of the project;
  • Communicating with stakeholders;
  • Assessing risks;
  • Troubleshooting;
  • Leading quality assurance;
  • Creating executive-level presentations;
  • Planning and coordinating the deployment of IM/IT solutions, including business change management activities;
  • Facilitating conversations with key business system owners and IT with minimal oversight;
  • Analyzing, recommending, implementing plans for improvement and optimization of performance, reliability and availability of IM/IT systems and interfaces;
  • Ensuring change management consideration are dealt with: processes, training and deployment.

Required Skills and Experiences:

The selected candidate must be eligible to meet requirements and conditions of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

A RELIABILITY security clearance will be required to start work.  A NATO SECRET security clearance is required.

Undergraduate degree in Engineering with specialization in computer science or equivalent; or equivalent experience

  • Minimal 8 years in information technology in the field of PLM, ERP, MMS and IT system project implementation and development;
  • PMP or a PMI-ACP certification is a must;
  • Excellent understanding of business strategy and ability to craft software/platform/infrastructure project plans to support business outcomes;
  • Project experience with new and emerging technologies such as big data, IoT, Digital twining and cloud platforms;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall;
  • Master of large enterprise systems implementation;
  • Master of project management processes;
  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure on-premise and cloud;
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL and TOGAF;
  • Pro efficient with MS Office tools including Project and Visio; 
  • Bilingualism required (French / English);
  • Knowledge of 3Dexperience, SAP and RAMCO enterprise systems is an asset;
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps environment, an asset;
  • Knowledge of the aerospace & defence sector, an asset.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and/or Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
