Job Description:

This Leader is responsible for the following focus areas across the Segment and Sectors: Data Analytics, Metrics, Risk Management, Compliance, Training, Sub-Contracting & Procurement functional excellence. Facilitate actions and data across the Segment to create a cohesive story and representation of the business initiatives. Provide procurement expertise support to Sectors/Sites as needed based on issues. Create strong working relationships with all stakeholders across the Segment and Sectors to deliver results. Able to communicate and influence at all levels across the company, analyze deliverables beyond the immediate data being provided to provide assumptions and recommend possible next steps.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from each of the Sectors/Sites to develop standard metrics and provide visibility in a dashboard
  • Produce metrics and analytics weekly, monthly and quarterly to communicate status in Monthly Operating Reviews and other key meetings, via PowerPoint
  • Evaluate the data and metrics to provide summaries of the situation, recommended next steps and summary
  • Establish, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
  • Drive robust, standard, efficient processes, tools, and reporting across the Segment that enables growth, alignment and compliance.
  • Lead the segment-level Value Engineering, Should-Cost Modeling, Pay Terms, and Front-Loading/DfSC data gathering and report outs via PowerPoint.
  • Drive robust processes and reporting with each Sector/Site.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintains strong working relationships with a broad array of supply chain partners at the Corporate, Segment and Sector levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership in Operations, Engineering, Program management and Business areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 15 years experience including Director level experience
  • Advanced technical skills of Supply Chain Management
  • Extensive experience with Government Subcontracting and compliance including FAR and DFARS
  • Experience with Capture Plan generation and implementation
  • Must have procurement experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Data Analytics skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree
  • ERP Experience
