Inputs and processes customer purchase orders received by sales department staff, sales representatives or directly from customers. Maintains customer files within the ERP system with sales contract and other information. Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders. Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities. Interfaces with customers in response to inquiries regarding status of orders. Resolves customer order difficulties and ensures customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Receives, Processes and Administers to our Sales orders using our ERP and supporting systems.
- Communicates Status to Customers, Representatives and Internal Departments
- Manages RFQ’s and PO’s placed directly or Via Customer Portals
- Must be accomplished Multi-Tasker, Organized and Efficient.
- Experience in Office Environment with ERP system, order entry, and multiple support related electronic programs and mediums.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking, highly differentiated environment or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
