The Test Support Associate (Technician) performs a variety of duties in the electrical, electronic, mechanical, and/or electromechanical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards and sequences. Perform Automated Wire Analysis utilizing DIT-MCO test equipment on wire harness assemblies, circuit breaker boxes/panels, power distribution and power control assemblies, relay boxes, form-board wiring, and rack/console wiring. Conduct RF insertion loss testing on coaxial cables utilizing network analyzers. Manual continuity verification on wire harnesses utilizing test devices such as LAN testers, Time Domain Reflectometers, digital multi-meters, etc. Troubleshoot and isolate points of failure in accordance with testing parameters and engineering schematics. Record and maintain test data, shop routing documentation and accept/reject data for production & some engineering units. May perform other duties as assigned, including work in other test areas to meet product or schedule requirements as needed.

Preferred Additional Skills:
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical procedures to determine test methods for electrical and electronic assemblies.
- Ability to work individually and in a team oriented environment is critical to success in this role.
- Strong written and interpersonal skills, such as communicating well with assemblers, management, engineering and manufacturing as well as other disciplines of the organization.
- Strong planning/organizational skills with ability to prioritize work assignments.
- Travel/Flexible work schedule: Candidate must be willing and able to work a flexible job schedule to include off-shift work and occasional overtime.
