As a Lead, Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a Systems Engineering team in design, development, implementation, integration, testing and analysis of C2 sensor products and systems to support the vital missions of our warfighters. This position supports the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together. We have a long history of innovative and exceptional performance; we have earned our place as a trusted provider to our customers.
In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a system engineering role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers.

- Systems Engineering in an Agile paradigm
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
- 9 years of strong lifecycle SE experience
- Demonstrable systems integration experience
- Demonstrable systems requirements analysis experience
- Experience developing concepts of operations
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Current DoD TS with SCI Security Clearance
- Broad experience in sustainment operations
- Experience leading Integration efforts of data exchanges and processing systems
- Experience with new systems development
- DoD project delivery experience
- Ability to get Security + certification within 6 months of start
- Ability to gain DoD TS Clearance
- Graduate STEM degree
- MBSE modeling experience
