Job Description:
• NSTTC Advanced Systems Manager / Pursuit / Capture Program Manager
• Prepared to assume Program Manager role during execution
• Manage and Lead the L3Harris Technologies Business Acquisition Process driving the successful capture of a strategic pursuit
• Plan, coordinate, and lead strategic communications and engagement with Space Systems Command, Space Training and Requirements Command (STARCOM), L3Harris Technologies Senior Business Leaders, and Industry Partners that are either functioning as prime or sub roles
• Engage with Industry Partners and determine best team approach
• Shape acquisition strategy with key stakeholders ensuring L3Harris ability to prime
• Available to travel throughout the US
Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of program/project management experience; Or, Graduate Degree with 10+ years of program/project management experience
• 20+ years in strategic leadership positions
• Expertise in Space Operations, specifically in Space Warfighting
• Expertise leading organizations supporting space operations.
• Experience working in Joint and Service Commands, specifically USSPACECOM and USSF
• Expertise working with and supporting Delta 11
• Expert knowledge in multi-domain operations that include Space Warfighting in support of Land, Air, Maritime, and Cyber Operations in support of the Joint Force Commander (JFC)
• Expertise as a strategic planner with understanding of USSF and USSPACECOM
• Experience engaging with senior leaders in both T10 and T50
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Demonstrated skills in leading a large ($75M+) sustainment and/or development program, with the ability to excel in a cost and schedule constrained environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong formal presentation skills
• Risk, Change, and Earned Value Management training and experience
• Demonstrated leadership of a dynamic, multi-teammate/subcontractor work force
• Understanding of DoD Space Control mission
• Proposal experience, especially Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
• Ability to Travel – up to 25%
