This type of scam is normally carried out through fake websites, job postings, chat applications, or email accounts claiming to be from L3Harris. To help spot these scams, remember that during our formal recruitment process, L3Harris will NOT (1) ask you for money; (2) offer to send you a check before doing any work; (3) require you to provide sensitive personal information early in the process or sensitive information about your previous employer; (4) send you emails from free commercial services (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).

Develops, organizes and delivers technical training programs and related materials in support of customers and/or company employees. Oversees training for three sites and works with customer and functional organizations to establish course content and objectives. Prepares training and development matrices/plans, performance monitoring and tracking and system trouble-shooting. Ensures course material reflects current compliance requirements at all times. Instructs and supports participants in classroom lectures and online sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material. Will act as strategic lead for multiple sites. May need to travel to support (<25%)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the function. Bachelor’s Degree (or equavalent work experience) with a minimum of 5+ years of prior related experience (Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Adult Education, Performance-Based Training).
• Experience working in an AS9100 or other regulatory environments
• Must have a minimum of 5 years direct experience in technical and professional training using current adult learning principles
• Successfully led and implemented training projects using project and change management principles
• CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional) Designation an asset
• Experience with a LMS system
• Understanding of the performance improvement methodology and performance-based training
• Design and implementation of a Structured-on-the-Job training program
• Proficient in all aspects of the training system; from analysis to evaluation
• Knowledge of compliance standards and practices in relation to training
• Ability to influence without authority and "sell" new ideas and approaches
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and relationship management skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid presentation and facilitation skills
