Procurement and Supply Chain at a Glance
Our Procurement team is responsible for each and every purchasing activity involving large-scale commodity and component orders that eventually become a part of our advanced electro-optical imaging systems. We work very closely with our Supplier Quality Teams, Engineering, Production, Materials, Finance – even Bids & Proposals – to ensure that we are leveraging best-in-class practices, seeking to continuously improve and exploring new methods to support our supply chain operations.

We are always looking for talent people who are experts in:
- Various ERP, EDI and PLM applications
- ERP/MRP and inventory/production planning principles
- Defense-industry related protocols including:
- USML (United States Munitions List)
- CGRP (Controlled Good Registration Program)
- ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
- Large-scale / Complex Supplier portfolios
Skills, Experience and Competencies We Look For
Each category of our Procurement and Supply Chain require varying depths of experiences and vertical expertise. These include Mechanical, Electrical, Optics, Assembly & Wiring and Materials. There are, however, common elements we seek in terms of overall skills.
- Program-level procurement and supply-chain management
- Experience supporting Bids & Proposals and NPI activities
- The ability to successfully negotiate high-value and long-term agreements
- Experience participating or leading a supplier evaluation
- Demonstrated understanding of complete flow-down of customer contractual requirements to contract terms and conditions
- Experience with improving BOM structures, testability requirements needed to ensure 100% FPY
- Experience operating in a Program Management or Project Management ecosystem
- Basic Accounting capabilities to understand manufacturing cost-drivers
- Accreditations including APICS and PMAC, and a degree/diploma in a business-related discipline
