Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of strategic captures within the Advanced Solutions Group both domestic and international. The candidate will be communicating and influencing senior leadership both inside and outside of the organization to include matters of strategic importance to the company such as new concepts, practices, and approaches. The candidate will also bring a strong Program Management pedigree to assure what winning program captures are executable. The candidate will also recommend and implement strategies and develop operational plans/goals that directly impact the mid-to-long term function or business area achievements. Requires advanced management, business knowledge, leadership capabilities and broad experience across multiple related professional disciplines.
Essential Functions:

- Ability to travel & work extended hours: 25%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Position requires an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Requires advanced business knowledge, general management, and leadership capability to lead business area or functional teams. Typically has broad experience across multiple related professional disciplines within the organization, combining theory, past practical experience and the organization's business practices.
- Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Experience with DoD contracting a plus
- Experience with ISR/SIGINT systems
- Experience with competitor program capture both domestic (DoD) and international
- Demonstrated ability in the areas of manpower planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budget control.
- Qualified applicant will possess excellent managerial and leadership skills.
- Position requires the flexibility to work on short notice, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Qualifications must be quantifiable and measurable

- Active Clearance if required
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Current PMP certification.
- Experience with Business Dev, competitive proposals, and capture a plus
- Experience with Product Management and Production of Product
- International Program pursuit and execution experience desired
- Earned Value Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work across internal functions and with outside suppliers to facilitate successful product completion/delivery.
